Dr. Tobi Lubinsky is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Her areas of practice are Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. Dr. Lubinsky obtained both her MA and doctoral degree in Psychology from York University. She has held positions at the Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care, Sunnybrook Women’s College Health Sciences Centre, Hamilton Program for Schizophrenia, North York General Hospital, The University of Chicago Hospitals, and The Toronto Rehabilitation Institute – University Campus, Department of Neurology. Dr. Lubinsky is a full member of the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA). She is also a full member of the Association for Scientific Advancement in Psychological Injury (ASAPIL). She is also on the Ontario Psychological Association’s working task force developing professional guidelines for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of concussions. Dr. Lubinsky performs neuropsychological and psychological assessments for third party payers including Independent Medical Examination (IME) companies, plaintiff and defense lawyers, insurance companies, and the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB).
